Take a pinch and grind it between your thumb and pointer finger. Smell the sweet smokey sent before you sprinkle it on a dish. For this box, we recommend trying it paired with the avocado and apple.


Smoked Almonds: Roasted in-house by Lone Star Nut & Candy Company these Blue Diamond almonds are transformed by smoke to take on a richer, meatier flavor. When you put one of these almonds in your mouth, take a breath in and allow the smoke aroma to fill your nose and mouth before biting down and doing it again. Great alone, I also love these crushed in a salad.

Smoke Point Lucky #13 Salsa: This award-winning salsa has been wowing people all over the country. In Lucky #13 smoke is used as an ingredient, giving depth to the flavor and rounding out the acidity of the tomatoes. Try the salsa with the chips and the avocado.

Lillie's Smoked BBQ: Named as an homage to the founder’s BBQ obsessed grandmother, this Memphis style BBQ isn’t meant to overwhelm dishes but act as a flavor enhancer.
